Help Build the Bike Path!

The Knox County TPO has been working with Blount County to enable cyclist a great, safe bike ride to Cades Cove starting in South Knoxville.  This bike path would provide hours of entertainment and family time for children of all ages.  It would take in already built greenways to Heritage High School, and then meander beside the Little River leading into Townsend.  There are many “off the beaten path” places to go, rest and get a snack along the way.  Not only would the bike trail be scenic, but would help promote a healthier lifestyle to all who rode or walked it and it would help support this community.  Please feel compelled to help us build this trail.  Make your donation to the “Go Fund” today.

While in Townsend, feel free to visit some of our sister businesses!
