Reservation/Cancellation Guidelines Guarantee Your Campsite

Should you choose to call us and book, we require a one night deposit at the time of reservation to guarantee your campsite. Our office hours are 10am to 6pm. Make your online reservations anytime, day or night, through our booking system. You’ll receive a confirmation email from the campground once you complete your reservation.

Need to cancel? If you need to cancel your reservation, please call 865-738-3665 before the deadlines listed below to receive your deposit refund minus a $20 cancellation fee and processing fee due to chargebacks from our processor.   Text and email notifications of cancellations are not acceptable.

RV & Tent Sites:  5 day cancellation notice is required. Notify Little River Campground by 4 p.m. one week before your scheduled arrival.

Cabins on the River have a 2 night minimum and holidays require a 3 night minimum.  They are equipped for glamping only, refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, coffee pot, fire-ring, chargrill picnic table, tv,  sheets and blankets.   You must bring your own towels and pillows.  Up to 2 pets may stay in the cabins for 20/night.

Campground Cancellation Policy:

For campsites, our policy has relaxed this year due to COVID-19: If you cancel within 5 days of camping, you forfeit the entire stay and you will be charged. The entire site can be deferred to a later time before February 2021.

All holiday bookings require two week notice for full refund less $30 and processing fee.

There will be a one night forfeiture on cabins that cancel.  Travel insurance is available.

You are also welcome to call us at 865-738-3665 and reserved with one night.  There will be a 4% convenience fee added to the credit card charge for booking.

Cash is also welcome.
