ll7l  The remainder  If Reservation/Cancellation Guidelines Guarantee Your Campsite

Should you choose to call us and book, we require a one night deposit at the time of reservation to guarantee your campsite. Our office hours are 10am to 6pm. Make your online reservations anytime, day or night, through our booking system. You’ll receive a confirmation email from the campground once you complete your reservation.  

Need to cancel? If you need to cancel your reservation, please call 865-738-3665 before the deadlines listed below to receive your deposit refund minus a cancellation fee and processing fee due to chargebacks from our processor.   Text and email notifications of cancellations are not acceptable.

RV & Tent Sites:  7 day cancellation notice by phone is required to cancel or transfer dates.  Refunds will be issued  within 72 hours less a $50 cancellation fee or one night’s deposit, whichever is less.  With less than a 7 day notice that you must cancel, please understand that you will have to take responsibility for the cost of your entire reservation . Notify Little River Campground by 4 p.m. one week before your scheduled arrival.  As a courtesy, if you would like to move your reservation to another date, we will gladly do that as long as you move it 7 days prior to the arrival date with no penalties.

CABINS: Cabins  on the River have a 2 night minimum and holidays require a 3 night minimum.  They are equipped for glamping only, refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, coffee pot, fire-ring, chargrill picnic table, tv,  sheets and blankets.   You must bring your own towels.  Up to 2 pets may stay in the cabins for 20/night each.   Cabins are designed for only 5 people.   

These are NO SMOKING  CABINS.  Smoking is allowed outside.  Patrons who smoke inside will be charged a $250 cleaning fee on their credit card.   You must check out in person with a camphost prior to leaving.

In the unlikely event you should need to cancel or transfer dates.   we require a 14 day notice by phone prior to arrival date.  Refunds will be issued within 72 hours less a $100 cancellation fee.  With less than a 14 day notice, please understand that you will have to take responsibility for your entire reservation.  If you would like to move your reservation to another date, we do that one time as a courtesy as long as it is done 14 days prior to the arrival date with no penalties.

Campground Cancellation Policy:

You are also welcome to call us at 865-738-3665 and reserved with one night’s deposit.  There will be a 4% convenience fee added to the credit card charge for booking.  The remainder will be due at the time of arrival prior to check in.

Cash is also welcome.
